Do not even consider having a crash diet because it burns the muscle tissues for fuel depleting you energy that you need in performing your daily activities, making you eat more if you can’t withstand it anymore. Before eating for more, wait for sometime because it make fifteen minutes before you tummy signals your brain that you are full. Rather than consuming fast food and junk food, eat healthy food such as fruits and vegetables, make sure to exercise regularly, and drink water for at least eight to ten glasses per day.
